Supply Chain Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain planning team, you will design and implement effective supply chain solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes and business requirements.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and collaborate with project teams.
  • Develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain planning.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
