Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Director to oversee the daily activities and training of direct reports at ITT Inc. The ideal candidate will have over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on purchasing, sourcing, materials management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Purchasing activities, including RFQs, negotiation, payment terms, and customer requirements
  • Managing the site supply base and driving performance improvements in cost, quality, and supplier on-time performance
  • Participating in the creation and achievement of site goals and objectives, including direct material cost savings and margin enhancement, supplier delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and freight budget management
  • Collaborating with the global supply chain organization to leverage global supplier roadmaps or establish regional/site-level material purchase contracts to drive savings and mitigate price fluctuations
  • Representing the site in the creation of global supplier roadmap strategies for direct material purchasing and managing local compliance
