
Sales Strategist

This is a dynamic role that plays a pivotal part in driving client satisfaction across all projects in the territory. As a Senior Interior Designer & Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a successful strategy in the territory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure growth meets demand.
- Enable professionals to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets by providing them with the necessary tools and support.
- Determine project scope, create estimates, and connect customers with service partners based on customer requirements.
- Visit customer sites with service partners to finalize scope and quotes for work.
- Meet regularly with professionals to address concerns and provide solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in any field and have 3+ years of experience in business development and growth, with at least 1 year in B2C sales. They should also have strong multitasking and operational management skills, excellent sales and business development skills, and the ability to travel within the designated area. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential for this role.
