Automation Strategist

About the Role:

As an Automation Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to drive performance delivery. Your primary goal will be to create seamless workflows that integrate various tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy AI Agents to automate tasks and processes.
  • Create agentic workflows integrating HighLevel, Make/Zapier, ads, CRM, email/SMS, and analytics.
  • Work with clients to co-pilot live meetings, create compelling narratives, and think strategically under pressure.
  • Adapt and pivot marketing strategies based on client feedback, lead brainstorming sessions, and execute on developed strategies.
  • Build agentic systems & automations using HighLevel, Make, Zapier, n8n, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Wire Google/Meta ads, CAPI/offline conversions, CRM/ESP for capture → nurture → booking → show-rate → sale.
  • Own a book of accounts, turn commitments into tasks, drive on-time delivery, and report results clearly with dashboards.
  • Proactively spot growth plays, upsell add-ons, and de-risk churn; run QBRs with clean before/after data.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have current Google Ads or Meta Certification, graduation from IIT, 2+ years in B2B/SaaS or agency-side performance marketing, and expertise in HighLevel, Make/Zapier, and Agentic AI basics.
