Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team as a key contributor in software development and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for web applications using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Create automated test scripts with Java or Python, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Design data-driven, hybrid, or BDD frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, or JUnit, promoting efficient testing practices.
  • Perform cross-browser testing, verifying compatibility across various environments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot test failures, generate comprehensive reports, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Lead efforts in enhancing test automation processes and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in test automation and software quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Substantial experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid).
  • Experience with API automation testing tools is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
  • Proficient with test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
