Role Summary: We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as we scale our sales motion and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end pipeline management, owning the prospect journey from qualified meetings to close.
  • Discovery and demos, leading discovery calls and conducting compelling product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Mentorship and coaching, guiding junior AEs on best practices to close large ACV customers.
  • Pilot management, demonstrating Humantic's value in specific use cases.
  • Negotiation, showcasing Humantic's advantages compared to legacy vendors and securing deals.
  • Implementation, collaborating with Engineering and Solutions to manage implementations and drive customer success.
  • Exceeding sales targets, maintaining CRM hygiene for improved pipeline visibility, and driving product enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US customers.
  • Proven track record of selling to Mid Market and Enterprise customers, closing deals with $75k+ ACV, ideally $100k+.
  • Experience coaching/managing junior AEs, ability to build, manage, and motivate a team.
  • Solid project management skills, proactiveness, and first-principles understanding of sales processes.
