Business Development Specialist for HR Systems

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing recruitment and onboarding processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze complex business requirements. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively interact with clients and team members.

The selected candidate will lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, develop training materials, and provide post-implementation support. They will also integrate these modules with other HR processes and systems, ensuring seamless functionality.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation is required, along with certification in ONB20 and RCM.

  • Responsibilities:
