Job Description">

As a senior business development professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of key account managers and equity relationship managers in partnering with independent financial advisors and other partners. Your primary goal will be to acquire new franchisees, ifas, and remizers, while also training and motivating your team to achieve optimal productivity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to build strong relationships with partners, and a deep understanding of our products, including direct equity, investment products, mutual funds, portfolio management services, and insurance.

You will work closely with the products and training team to conduct comprehensive training sessions for our partners, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing seminars and webinars to educate our partners on our products and services.
