Job Title: Senior Application Development Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise to lead full systems life cycle management, encompassing analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation of software applications.
  • Direct component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business objectives and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and execute AD project activities and integrations, guiding teams to achieve effective communication and objectives.
  • Conduct research and support the integration of emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.
  • Provide knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance.
  • Foster leadership and mentorship among junior team members with project-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate seamless teamwork.
Primary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET programming language.
  • Advanced understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Proficiency in frontend UI development using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with unit testing, performance testing, and integration testing.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, programming logic, and design principles.
  • Understanding of application design patterns.
  • Embracing CI/CD and code automation practices.
  • Proven experience leading an Agile/Scrum Team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
