Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the development and implementation of applications, serving as a key liaison between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge and experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
  • Utilize influence and advisory skills to guide team and project decisions.
  • Take ownership of decisions within the team and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with integration techniques and tools relevant to SAP environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and project management frameworks.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
  • Based at Hyderabad office.
  • Requires 15 years of full-time education.
