Key Responsibilities:
  • This position plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring seamless lead management, after-sales support, client documentation, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial to post-sales support.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of the client's business environment, competitors, and industry trends to offer proactive solutions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions to inform product roadmaps and feature development.
  • Provide product training and onboarding to ensure clients achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and document issues using CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams or management as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as support, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude, including familiarity with industry-specific software and hardware.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys to ensure client satisfaction.
