Job Title: OSM Developer/Lead Analyst

We are seeking a skilled OSM Developer/Lead Analyst to join our team at Caprus IT Private Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Communications Suite applications, including Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management), ASAP (Automated Service Activation Platform), and UIM (Unified Inventory Management).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Oracle Communications Suite applications using Java, Spring Boot, XQuery, and XSLT.
  • Develop microservices using Spring Boot and integrate with Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Customize and optimize Oracle Communications Suite applications for telecom order orchestration and provisioning.
  • Work with IBM BPM / IBM BAW, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, and Oracle AIA for middleware and integration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with network elements and other systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of existing codebase.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development and telecommunications industry.
  • Expertise in Oracle Communications Suite, including Oracle OSM, ASAP, and UIM.
  • Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, XQuery, and XSLT programming languages.
  • Familiarity with middleware and integration frameworks, such as IBM BAW, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, and Oracle AIA.
  • Experience with version control systems, like GIT, and CI/CD tools, like Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of telecom-specific knowledge, including OSS/BSS architecture, telecom services, and order lifecycle management.
