The role of a middle school coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our institution's middle school division.
This position entails assuming responsibility for various administrative tasks, encompassing academic and administrative operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Academic Operations:
- Ensure teachers have access to necessary equipment and maintain accurate records of curriculum updates.
- Conduct and monitor curriculum workshops, ensuring plans are adhered to by teachers.
- Monitor record-keeping of support programs and ensure accuracy in charts displayed on soft boards.
- Provide regular feedback to the central office at the end of lesson plans or theme units.
- Seek approvals from the central office for field trips, changes in books, period allocations, and new initiatives.
- Ensure relevant content for social media promotion, circulars, and newsletters are disseminated timely.
- Administration Operations:
- Obtain information from the admission department about new students joining.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms, staffrooms, washrooms, and equipment in labs.
- Coordinate surprise checks and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
- Duty of care should be maintained on the school premises.
- Inform parents about specific incidents, health issues, and child progress.
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed
Essential Requirements- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and coordination with teachers, administrators, and parents.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and update curriculum materials.
