Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our International Voice Support team. As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via the inbound/outbound calls received, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of call quality, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
  • Possess effective problem-solving skills to ensure timely problem recognition and resolution.
  • Resolving customer queries at first point of contact, utilizing your excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ensure call handling and service quality is maintained, meeting required criteria.
Requirements
  • Graduate with 9 months to 5 years maximum experience in BPO customer service roles.
  • Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to work in a targeted environment, adapting to change and working under pressure.
  • Basic keyboard proficiency and ability to handle high-profile clients and escalation queues.
  • Able to answer general queries and provide accurate information.
