Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Head of Human Resources for Runaya Group's new venture, REAPPL. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead and shape the HR function in a fast-growing manufacturing start-up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with significant experience in managing plant operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee morale.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will be strategic thinkers with a focus on innovation and excellence, and be able to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and improvement
  • Lead and manage the HR function, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory labor laws and company policies
  • Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/plant HR
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and contract workforce management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
