Software Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Leader to lead our team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions. As a Software Development Leader, you will be responsible for building high-quality software that meets the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using C++, Python, and C#.
  • System Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance software performance, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
  • Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines including deployment approvals, stage promotions, stress testing, and chaos testing.
  • Cloud Solutions: Utilize AWS services to improve configuration management and reduce deployment overhead.
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues for optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment procedures.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, architecture, QA) to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Research & Innovation: Explore advanced topics such as graph algorithms and distributed systems for solving complex business problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years as a Software Development Engineer with a record of successful software feature launches.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging capabilities to resolve challenging software issues.
  • Achievements: Participation in large-scale software projects and research in distributed systems or graph algorithms.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Django, NodeJS, or Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with web application development.
  • Involvement in distributed systems research or publications.
