Drive Engineering Excellence

  • Regularly assess and audit engineering practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Train engineers on writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance engineering effectiveness.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Engineer who can drive engineering excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and enforcing best practices, designing and developing tools and frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading initiatives to improve engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, automation, reliability, and performance
  • Design, develop, and maintain tools, frameworks, and dashboards to enhance SDLC efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
