Job Description

As a senior technical professional, you will lead the development of scalable and high-impact solutions for the life sciences industry. Your expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML tools will be instrumental in driving the growth of our engineering team.

You will work closely with product and design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals. Your strong hands-on experience in JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java will enable you to take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews is crucial. You will also identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Building a high-trust, collaborative team culture in line with company values is essential for your success. You will leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate high-quality software development and improve engineering efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • experience in using AI/ML tools to enhance product capabilities or improve development workflows
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
