Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a Demantra Business Analyst Lead to lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of demand management and sales & operations planning modules.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements and translate them into Demantra configurations, workflows, and integration points.
  • This role involves customizing Demantra worksheets, workflows, series expressions, and levels.
  • Our team works closely with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM modules (e.g., ASCP, INV, PO).
  • As a Demantra Business Analyst Lead, you will work with end users to provide functional and technical support, resolve issues, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • You will perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality planning results.
  • This position requires developing and maintaining Demantra Engine profiles, EP_LOAD processes, and simulation scenarios.
  • Documentation is key in this role, where you will document technical and functional specifications, SOPs, and test scripts.
  • You will collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Four or more years of experience in Oracle Demantra implementations and support are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Demantra Demand Management, S&OP, and integration with Oracle EBS (11i or R12) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Demantra data model, workflows, and Analytical Engine is required.
  • Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle DB, and performance tuning is necessary.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle ODI, BPEL, or custom scripts) is beneficial.
