Land Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Manager to lead our land sourcing efforts in Jaipur, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and Evaluating Land Parcels
    • Negotiating purchases and JD agreements
    • Structuring goodwill payments, advance terms, revenue-sharing ratios
    • Ensuring favorable terms aligned with company goals
  • Due Diligence and Approval Process
    • Coordinating title clearance, encumbrance checks, khata verification
    • Managing approvals from BBMP, BMRDA, BDA, KIADB, and RERA
    • Verifying zoning, DC conversion, FAR utilization, TDR applicability
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Preparing land feasibility reports with ROI/IRR/payback
    • Working with finance on funding needs & JD profitability
    • Presenting acquisition proposals to management
  • Stakeholder Management and Conflict Resolution
    • Building relationships with landowners, brokers, panchayats, govt. authorities
    • Resolving conflicts, ensuring smooth transactions
    • Maintaining confidentiality & integrity during negotiations

This is a critical role that requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field.
