Production Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead our production team in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and operations management, with a proven track record of increasing productivity and eliminating unnecessary costs while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations of manufacturing and packaging, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Increasing production capacity and flexibility, eliminating unnecessary costs, and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing systems and processes to track and optimize productivity, metrics, and performance targets.
  • Ensuring production personnel are trained for their jobs and preparing production procedures as per regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance of facility, equipment, and instrument maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Establishment of hold time periods for in-process products and cleaned/un-cleaned equipment.
  • Manufacture of product according to instructions and records are filled contemporaneously.
  • Implementation of CAPAs committed to regulatory agencies.
  • Validation of process, cleaning, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in Injectable and Solid Dose Manufacturing, Planning & Operation Management in Regulatory Work Environment.
  • Proven exposure to US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa, PICs, etc.
  • Adequate knowledge of product, process, and equipment.
  • Fair understanding of quality and regulatory domains.
  • Resource management skills.
  • Knowledge of Production Optimization.
