Senior Product Development Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end process of bringing leather products from design to delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders, source materials, and coordinate with various departments for smooth execution
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely production, monitor progress, and address any issues
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Analyze costs, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in product development, including material sourcing, costing, and sampling
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to anticipate future demand and identify new product opportunities
  • Manage inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement merchandise plans, including sales forecasting and budget planning
