Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the workshop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of technicians.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, as the Workshop Manager will be required to interact with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • A high level of technical knowledge is also necessary, as the Workshop Manager will be responsible for troubleshooting complex problems and providing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of technical knowledge, with expertise in mechanical systems and equipment.
