Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantum Technology Workshop Trainer based in Bangalore Rural. The Quantum Technology Workshop Trainer will be responsible for developing curricula for quantum technology training programs, creating instructional materials, delivering in-person training sessions, and facilitating workshops. The trainer will also collaborate with research and development teams to ensure that the training content is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards. Interaction with students, engineers, and professionals to assess training needs and effectiveness will also be a part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills
  • Training and Education experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in quantum technologies or related fields is beneficial
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
