**1. Supervision of Technicians**:

- Oversee and manage the team of technicians in the workshop.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor the quality of work done by technicians and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when needed.

**2. Workshop Operations Management**:

- Ensure smooth workflow in the workshop and maintain an organized work environment.
- Maintain records of daily work, repairs, and services performed.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Implement and enforce workshop safety protocols.

**3. Customer Interaction & Service Quality**:

- Assist customers by providing technical insights about services and installations.
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and provide resolutions in coordination with the management.

**4. Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability of required parts and accessories.
- Keep track of stock usage and report shortages to the purchase team.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of workshop consumables.

**5. Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workshop activities.
- Work closely with the sales and showroom teams for technical support and service-related queries.
- Train and mentor technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, preferably in a motorcycle accessories/service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical expertise in motorcycle accessories, installations, and servicing.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve service-related concerns.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and record-keeping.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
