Our workshop is therefore a mix of modern woodworking machines and hand tools.
- **Job Description**_

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to join our team and manage quality control mainly in furniture polishing and finishing. The role will also extend to quality control in other areas including cane weaving, carpentry and for the final finished product. **Experience in a furniture production set-up is essential for this role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands on quality control and supervision of the polishing and finishing unit - involving wood sanding, staining, finishing, spray painting, etc.
- Good knowledge of wood polishing and finishing processes.
- Ability to manage a team of polishers.

**Profile**:

- Any educational qualification.
- 4 to 20 years experience in a furniture manufacturing or woodworking production unit with at least two years of supervisory experience of managing a team.
- In-depth knowledge of materials (especially wood) and polishing processes and
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to work with high precision and great detail.
