Database Administration Role

This is a challenging position as an Oracle Database Administrator where you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and expertise in maintaining and optimizing our company's database systems.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our databases.

  • Install and configure Oracle databases (12c/19c and later) in various environments.
  • Manage database auditing, logging, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c database administration.
  • Expertise in RAC, Data Guard, ASM, OEM, RMAN, Data Pump, SQL & PL/SQL development, performance tuning and troubleshooting (AWR, ASH, ADDM).
  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted Oracle DB solutions (OCI, AWS RDS, Azure).
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Exposure to NoSQL databases or Big Data ecosystems.
  • Prior experience in fintech, banking, or lending domain.
  • Certifications in Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM).
