Senior Oracle Demantra Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM).

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra and a strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.

  • As a Senior Oracle Demantra Expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  • You will also provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications, develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  3. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  4. Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  5. Support integration with Oracle VCP and other ERP modules.
  6. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points: Experience with Agile project methodologies, Oracle PBCS, or advanced Excel skills would be highly valued.
