About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary retail strategist to spearhead customer engagement, scale our brand's presence in Ahmedabad and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling retail footprints, improving store performance indicators, and designing differentiated customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retail expansion plan, including store rollouts, performance enhancement, and new market penetration.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Engagement: Champion a distinctive in-store experience centered around pet care education, product discovery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, merchandising, and inventory management to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Leadership & People Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire regional managers and store teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Market Insights & Competitiveness: Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform localized retail strategies.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of retail leadership experience, with 3-5 years in a regional or head of retail role. They will have a strong background in profit and loss management, analytical decision-making, and team capability building.
