Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional to lead our projects in the workspace fit-out industry. As Assistant Manager - Projects, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review technical documents, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including procurement strategies and milestone timelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their responsibilities effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including minutes, risk assessments, and communication logs.
  • Ensure effective use of construction management tools and software to streamline project operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
  • Specialized in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Strong background in team management, with experience in leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Skills:

  • Excellent project planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
