Product Manager Obesity

The Position
At Novo Nordisk, we're driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic conditions. As a Product Manager, Obesity, you'll be at the forefront of this change, contributing significantly to pioneering new approaches and leading the way in providing solutions for patients with obesity in India.
You'll plan and execute brand marketing strategies for the short and long term, conducting competitor and market analyses, evaluating market potential, analyzing affiliate expectations, and preparing a medium-term marketing strategy and investment plan.
Key responsibilities include developing and aligning with key stakeholders on the strategy for the promotion of the product, designing its promotional mix, conceptualizing and designing communication campaigns, and conducting fieldwork for insight into activity/strategy implementation.
You'll also be responsible for appointing advertising agencies, negotiating costs, identifying innovative promotional tools, and conceptualizing and designing mass campaigns.
Additionally, you'll liaise with medical professional bodies, track progress, and take corrective measures to ensure high ROI on marketing activities.
Qualifications include a graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing, or an equivalent field, with a preferred MBA degree in Business/Marketing from a Premier B School.
Experience of 5-7 years in Brand Management, core Marketing, and Product Management is required, along with good data-driven and analytical skills, fluency in English, and experience with product launches, promotional campaign creation, and execution.
A strong interest and gained knowledge of obesity therapy area, including methods of care, pharmaceutical products, and key customers, is desirable, as well as the ability to work with internal and external stakeholder groups, such as internal sales and medical teams, KOLs, and HCPs.
High performers, ambitious individuals with pronounced negotiation skills, and experience in conference/large meeting-related initiatives from planning to execution are encouraged to apply.
