Technical Event Producer Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Event Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing multiple large events each quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and produce multiple large events each quarter using existing technology infrastructure including Zoom Meeting, Webinar, Streaming and vMix in addition to various audio and video hardware at locations.
  • Oversee event production in the region and participate in ideation and build-out of production and events strategy internally.
  • Identify and respond to service gaps with primary focus on employee satisfaction and frictionless experience.
  • Align with stakeholders to understand company branding, story, and message.
  • Bring excellent communication and organizational skills to work in a dynamic environment with focus on high growth.
  • Develop and oversee project planning, external vendors, and contractors as needed.
  • Owning build-out of internal partnerships and cross-functional processes between departments and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions.

  • Strong understanding of event production and management.
  • Experience with technology infrastructure including Zoom Meeting, Webinar, Streaming and vMix.
