Our organization is seeking a Senior Creative Producer with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native workflows. This role involves creating engaging learning videos, promotional content, explainers, and campaign assets by combining editing, design, animation, and next-gen AI tools.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats that captivate diverse audiences. They will also design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements that effectively communicate complex ideas.
\The ideal candidate will utilize AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, HeyGen, Kaiber, etc., to enhance workflows and innovate storytelling techniques. They will convert scripts and briefs into engaging video narratives that resonate with target audiences.

- Balance speed, quality, and scale while pushing the boundaries of AI + animation techniques to deliver outstanding results.\
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.\
- Direction/production skills will be an added advantage.\
- \Required Skills and Qualifications\
The following are essential qualifications and skills required for this position:

- 8-10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.\
- A strong portfolio of edited videos and animations showcasing expertise in explainers, promos, learning content, and campaigns.\
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and Blender/Cinema4D.\
- Proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation, including Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, etc.\
- Strong storytelling ability and visual design sense to create captivating content.\
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.\
- Direction/production skills will be an added advantage.\
