Video Production Specialist

As a Video Production Specialist at CYLNDR India, you will be responsible for supervising high-end CGI projects and 2D animation projects. You will oversee live shoots and ensure ideas turn into polished on-time deliveries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the main point of contact for clients – understanding their vision, keeping them updated, and managing expectations.
  • Planning and running projects from start to finish – from CGI and 2D animation to live shoots and editing.
  • Keeping timelines in check and ensuring every delivery hits deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Supervising editors, animators, and artists to ensure creative output matches the brief.
  • Working closely with the post-production team to review edits, give feedback, and push for the best result.
  • Problem-solving when things get tricky – from technical hiccups to last-minute changes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6-7 years of solid experience in video production.
  • A strong background in supervising CGI, 2D animation, and post-production editing.
  • Good knowledge of editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • A natural communicator – comfortable talking to clients and creative teams alike.
  • Strong multitasking skills – can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
  • A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
