Content Creator Job Description

The role involves brainstorming and developing original content ideas that align with political and social messaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality, visually compelling graphics and short-form videos.

  • Conceptualization & Ideation: Brainstorm and develop unique content ideas (memes, infographics, short videos, carousels, etc.) that resonate with the audience.
  • Hands-On Creation: Design and produce polished, engaging content for social media channels using tools like Canva and mobile-first video editing apps.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, meme formats, and viral content to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.
  • Multi-Platform Adaptation: Quickly adapt and resize content for different social media platforms, including Instagram (Reels, Stories), YouTube (Shorts), Facebook, and X.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
  • Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing creative work is essential, demonstrating skills in creating engaging graphics and/or short-form videos for social media.
  • Mastery of Canva: High proficiency in Canva or similar tools is required, able to create impressive designs quickly and efficiently.
  • Video Editing Skills: Experience with mobile video editing apps (e.g., InShot, CapCut) for creating sharp, fast-paced Reels and Shorts.
