About the Role

The role involves resolving complex customer queries, identifying problematic services and performing rollbacks. To succeed, you will need a deep understanding of how configurations work and reasoning about workflows, agents, customisations, analytics and portals to identify misconfigurations.

Additionally, this role requires knowledge of Kubernetes (k8s) and AWS infrastructure to debug and reason about infrastructure-level failures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving complex customer queries
  • Identifying potentially problematic services and performing rollbacks
  • Debugging infrastructure-level failures with Kubernetes (k8s) and AWS
  • Highlighting repetitive pain points and devising solutions
  • Triage and resolution of critical issues

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in related field
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding Golang, JavaScript and Python
  • Deep knowledge of product features and underlying engineering architecture
