Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to create high-quality technical documentation, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating technical content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing documentation standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and effective technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing technical documentation and RFP responses.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other documentation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Technology (Managed Services) industry.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
  • Certification in Technical Writing or Proposal Management (e.g., CPTC, APMP).
