Documenting Expert

As a Documenting Expert, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality documentation that empowers our customers to get the most out of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define target audience and create comprehensive manuals, user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews that meet the company's writing style guidelines.
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability.
  • Closely collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to deliver top-notch technical documentation that meets the highest standards.
  • Obtain product information from various sources, including agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to elevate documentation quality and ensure consistency.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages that enhance the customer experience.

You will be skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing a variety of documents. Your strong research skills, attention to detail, and team player attitude will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
