About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong background in sales and marketing within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound and inbound calls to provide them with detailed information about properties and pricing.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits to showcase our properties and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track leads and sales performance.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture them and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Sales-oriented with persuasive abilities to close deals.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software to manage leads and sales performance.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
