Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Digital Marketing StudioGenix LLP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Handle incoming leads, telephonic inquiries, and walk-in inquiries, and work towards converting them into confirmed bookings.
  • Brief clients on the unique selling proposition of our products.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Set meetings with potential clients and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs.
  • Attend walk-ins, brief clients about the project and its features, and follow up for booking and closing the deal with the client.
  • Ensure timely reply to client queries and handle client relationships.
  • Check documents post booking and assist clients with banking formalities for their loan.
  • Complete booking formalities post closure and follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi.
  • Digital proficiency in using computers.
  • Maintain client relationships and be punctual with work.
  • Strong follow-up ability, positive attitude, patience, and calm-mannered.
