About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Telecalling Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our properties, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and attend outbound and incoming calls from potential clients to provide property information and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with leads.
  • Utilize your excellent verbal communication skills to persuade potential clients and nurture leads.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or telecalling role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
