About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating relationships with prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to targeted accounts and prospect lists
* Build and cultivate customer relationships through communication and follow-up qualifications
* Perform initial needs assessments to determine how LeadSquared's solutions can address client needs
* Develop and increase industry/product knowledge to position LeadSquared's value proposition
* Participate in trade show/event planning to secure attendees and maximize prospect meetings
* Conduct research to expand the prospect list using tools like ZoomInfo and other methods

Requirements

* Experience with cold calling and emailing
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Dynamic 'hunter' personality with a drive to reach decision-makers
* Team-oriented with the ability to succeed in an ever-changing environment
