Gracelands is a leading real estate developer in Central India, specializing in residential and commercial plotted developments across prime locations. Over the last decade, Gracelands has completed over 30 township projects.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence. As part of this role, you will be working closely with and reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager.

  • Develop and maintain a social media content strategy aligned with marketing goals.
  • Brainstorm and execute campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Plan and create engaging social media content.
  • Ensure all content reflects our brand identity and storytelling.

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences.

Design & Tools:

  • Collaborate with designers to create visual content.
  • Use photo/video editing platforms to design creatives.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews.
  • Build and engage with a community around our projects.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong content creation skills.
  • Excellent command of English writing.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
