Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Digital Brand Manager to drive business growth through effective digital strategies.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, maintaining accurate records and tracking key performance indicators.
  • As a key member of the Account Team, you will brainstorm and contribute to brand communication/strategy, sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns.
  • You will also present ideas to clients effectively, with minimal supervision from senior management.
  • Additionally, you will have experience working on monthly social media calendars for brands and online reputation management/social media listening for your brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital strategies that align with our current research and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track key performance indicators.
  • Branstorm and contribute to brand communication/strategy.
  • Present ideas to clients effectively.
  • Experience working on monthly social media calendars for brands and ORM/social media listening for your brands.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel/Google Suite and Presentation making skills.
  • Daily research along with junior strategist regarding social media platform updates and trends.
