About the Role

The primary focus of this position will be to contribute to brand building initiatives across various solution areas within a portfolio of products.

Job responsibilities include project management of task items aligned with strategic objectives for designated solution areas. This involves:

  1. Market Understanding: Developing insights into target audiences, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscapes, etc.
  2. New Products Development (NPD): Collaborating in communication development across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C stores, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  3. Communication Development: Assisting in managing all consumer touchpoints – social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc.
  4. Data Analytics: Driving measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with relevant POCs across marketing teams, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  6. Offline Understanding: Conducting market visits to track offline business health metrics like distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility, and Planogramming.
  7. Additional Responsibilities: Supporting portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling business in Offline channels is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team players.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possession of passion for building a consumer brand.
