Marketing Communications Manager

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for owning our brand storytelling, communication strategy, and presence across digital and offline channels.

  • You will define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • You will translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
  • You will build and manage key messaging materials, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • You will partner with customers to create and amplify their success stories.
  • You will manage and grow our online presence on social media platforms, including organic and paid efforts.
  • You will plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • You will promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
  • You will drive our brand presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases.
  • You will own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • You will leverage HubSpot to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
  • You will design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
  • You will align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.
  • You will track the performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
  • You will provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen our brand positioning.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
