**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small team of creatives while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

  • Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and streamline creative processes for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership for world-class execution.

**Requirements:**

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in branding or agencies.
  • Complete knowledge of software and tools.
  • Understanding of branding principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, and marketing assets.
  • Bonus: knowledge of motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative storyteller with high emotional intelligence.
