As a Visual Designer with a strong foundation in brand identity and packaging design, you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our products. Your primary focus will be on developing visually stunning and impactful designs that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Visual Identity Design
    • Create compelling visual identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
    • Develop cohesive design systems across touchpoints to translate brand strategy into impactful visuals.
  • Packaging Design
    • Design innovative packaging systems for FMCG, consumer appliances, and lifestyle brands.
    • Balance visual storytelling, category differentiation, and functional practicality in your packaging design.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring holistic, future-forward brand experiences to life.
  • Design Thinking and Creative Strategy
    • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve client challenges with empathy and innovation.
    • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation sprints to develop creative solutions.
    • Contribute to design strategy presentations, mood boards, and concept pitches to articulate design rationale.
  • Collaboration and Execution
    • Work closely with industrial designers and engineers to integrate design principles into product development.
    • Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with vendors or printers for packaging execution.
    • Stay updated with design trends, materials, printing innovations, and consumer insights to ensure your designs remain cutting-edge.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 2-5 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in brand identity and packaging design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, packaging design projects, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Figma, 3D, or structural packaging tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and packaging formats.
  • A strong grasp of design thinking principles and ability to articulate design rationale.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
