We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Designer to join our team. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating standout design concepts that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work. You will be responsible for designing social media creatives, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform client briefs into innovative design concepts from ideation to final execution.
  • Develop engaging visual content for social media, brand identities, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping communication fresh and engaging.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field with a design background preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
