Creative Art Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Art Director/Graphic Artist to lead our creative team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting the design and visual communication tone for our brands.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams to develop engaging content that helps our clients increase awareness and solidify their consideration in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions, including digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Develop and produce creative content that helps our clients engage with their target audience.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for our clients.
  • Genuine love for pop culture and everything advertising/marketing.

Experience:

Up to 2 years' experience in digital design and advertising.
